Key Responsibilities

• Be the owner of the product concept and strategy. Be able to go from idea conceptualization to definition, execution, and follow-up

• Build a compelling product roadmap based on customer needs and strategic opportunities

• Ensure that the organization is aligned on product definition and development. This requires managing cross-functional relationships, especially with engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing teams, and serving as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders

• Stay on top of industry trends and bring innovative products to market

• Define, measure, and improve key metrics that inform the success of our products and tools

Requirements

• You have +4 years of experience building and launching new products or features as a PM in a cross-functional team, ideally in SaaS and/or Mobile

• You have experience working in a Startup environment with Agile teams

• You are a true leader - actively helping those around you to be successful

• You are a doer and have a hands-on and proactive attitude

• You are passionate about solving problems and know how to create a clear plan of action to simplify complex issues

• You are curious, like to learn and test new things

• You like beautiful and well-designed products

• You have great written and oral communication, and you know how to communicate with all the stakeholders to make the product strategy clear and comprehensive

• You have a whole business vision that allows you to think in the long term
